Revenue Operations refers to functions, activities, tools and know-how needed to build Revenue Growth. Typically Revenue Operations aligns processes and activities between Marketing, Sales and Customer success functions. Aim is to incrementally improve efficiency in all of these functions to achieve better top line results. 

Revenue Operations Service is a company that provides service to other companies in need of professional service company to accelerate growth and/or improve profitability.

Marketing Operations (OPS) refers to a function that focuses in improving marketing efficiency through people, processes and IT.

Sales Operations (OPS) refers to a function in charge of improving operational sales efficiency. Typically this includes aligning sales targets with people, processes, tools, data and activities.

Customer Success Operations (OPS) refers to a function in charge of improving customer retention, churn and profitability. In many cases customer satisfaction development is dedicated to this function.

Product Led Growth refers to a function in charge of improving user retention, churn and profitability on a product level. This function works closely with Key customers and internal R&D functions.
