Aktive Revenue Operations is a member of the innovation hub of built environment development in Finland, the KIRAHub. We area a member of the steering group that develops digital building permit related processes. Starting from 1st of January 2026, the Finnish Building Act has mandates that all building projects that require a building permit need to be applied along with the building drawings also with a Building information model or a machine readable data format that includes the necessary information needed during permitting.
