Aktive Revenue Operations is a member of the innovation hub of built environment development in Finland, the KIRAHub. We area a member of the steering group that develops digital building permit related processes. Starting from 1st of January 2025, the Finnish Building Act has mandated that all building project that require a building permit need to be applied also with a Building information model that includes the necessary information needed during permitting.
