Revenue Operations (Rev.Ops. in short) is originally a management model on how to align  different functions of a company to be able to track, measure and improve revenue creation related KPI´s.  Typically the functions in a company working with revenue creation are Marketing, Sales and Customer success.  In software business, Product teams should also be included.
